Newtown Alumni Association (NAA) will not share or sell any personal or private information of any of its members or contributors with another agency or individual.
rnNAA, from time to time may use for promotional and informative purposes, the comments, photos, renderings, plans, ideas or suggestions it receives from its members or those contributors who choose to contact us. Such submissions to NAA shall be deemed the property of NAA and the writer/sender, by the act of submission, grants NAA such authority to use all said content as it so chooses, except as specifically stated in this policy document, and furthermore, the writer/sender relinquishes any claim to said submission content. Should NAA elect to publish in part or whole a submission, the writer/contributor may request the omission of their last name or other identifying information. This request must be included as a part of the original submission and NAA will honor that request.
rnAll funds collected by NAA for use in the NAA Inc. account will be used in accordance with NAA Inc. guidelines as established by its terms of Incorporation and reflecting the Laws established by local, state and federal governing bodies as they pertain to a not for profit corporation.
rnFunds collected and expended in NAA Inc. accounts will be accounted for through periodic auditing performed by a Ct. licensed accounting firm.
